In near future however, based on the current outbreak of the Corona virus within the European territory, there might be a situation (e.g. extraordinary measurements of the individual state authorities, closings of certain specific regions, quarantine, restrictions of transits, or any other local regulation), when we will not be able to carry out all the conditions set up in individual closed orders and contracts.
We are monitoring the whole situation closely and keep on discussing the development continuously with our customers.
Any new regulations and/or limitations can however arise at any moment thus it is not possible to always prevent all eventual complications. In case some of the regulations are executed prior or within the course of the transports (e.g. closing of borders, closings of certain locations/regions and/or routings, requirements of special equipment of the truck and drivers, limitations of working times or limited operations of the loading and offloading places), we do consider these as force majeure and the eventual extra costs connected to it, are to be charged to the ordering party.
At the same time we reverse the right to refuse any transports to and from the regions, which are declared as risky by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of CZ ( https://www.mzv.cz/jnp/cz/cestujeme/aktualni_doporuceni_a_varovani/omezeni_dopravy_koronavirus.html ) or World Health Organization ( https://www.who.int/emergencies/diseases/novel-coronavirus-2019/situation-reports/ ).

Based on the data protection regulation we are not allowed to provide you with any exact information concerning the movement and/or stay of the drivers in Europe. Internally we do review this strictly with a clear goal to eliminate all related risks.
At the same time we cooperate with the state health organizations and we monitor the course of the development and the corresponding measurements and recommendations.
Our drivers are standardly not equipped with non-mandatory hygienic and disinfectant tools (disinfectant gel, respirator/veil, medical gloves).
We do our best to additionally arrange all this equipment as soon as possible, however based on the current urgent shortage of these on the market, it is not always possible.
If it is required at the loading or offloading place that the driver uses these tools we expect that they will be provided to him free of charge.
