Customers from the consumer goods industry put new and interesting challenges in front of us, and we can therefore propose suitable solutions for improving the shipping process for consumer goods, fashion, e-shop goods, and electronics.
We use our logistics experience in other industries and bring new elements into consumer goods logistics.

Tchibo Case Study
Tchibo is one of the biggest coffee producers in the world and an international retail chain. The company has been operating in the Czech market since 1991 and has a leading position in the coffee beverages market, as well as in the on-line trading of fashion goods and household items.
Historical development of partnerships
Cooperation with Tchibo started in summer 2016. We initially provided transport from the Tchibo transshipment yard in Bremen to Zvolen (SK) and Budapest (HU), and we later added a line to Allhaming in Austria and Neumarkt in Germany. Since 2017, we have also been running transport operations for Tchibo from their warehouse in Cheb to Zvolen, Budapest and Enns. In May 2020, we expanded cooperation on the line from the German town of Isernhagen to Cheb.
Utilised services
- International and domestic road transport
- Warehouse on Wheels – used in the fast moving consumer goods mode, where we warehouse the goods in the trailer for less than 1 day
Main benefits for the client
- Utilisation of our XLS semi-trailers
- The possibility to divide the space into multiple sections using special safety nets, an excellent solution for cargo which comprises smaller packages and is not secured on a pallet, is ideal for the Tchibo non-food product range
- A unique system for securing transported cargo directly in the semi-trailer tarpaulin, which prevents any potential “bulging” of the tarpaulin
- Flexibility, which reflects the seasonal fluctuations in demand
- Flexible choice of vehicle type – van or tractor with semi-trailer
- Our web portal, which is available to the client and is not only used to make orders, but also for billing and measuring KPI. A big advantage is the possibility to automatically import client data into the application
Selected cooperation statistics

- In 2020 it is already 100+ shipments per month
Our team has designed the following for our customers:

- a simplified method for separating goods on a semi-trailer according to individual end outlets or the types of goods,
- a method for securing carts for shipping fashion items (preventing movement during transport),
- a method for reducing the risk of theft and the need for insurance claims.
