Nikola - New Generation 
 

I joined Ewals in 2019 as administrative support for sales and marketing. I was still in college at the time and it was only supposed to be a part-time job, but after the first few months, I realised I wanted to stay with the company. That's why I didn't hesitate and accepted the offer to be an assistant, and later the marketing coordinator position, which I still hold today. What I appreciate most about working at Ewals is the variety of work tasks, the use of the potential of each individual employee, the open attitude of the management to new ideas and, last but not least, the excellent team and great atmosphere. Ewals can work with young people and if one wants to, they can really make something of themselves here.

Ondra - Trucking Planner / Team Leader
 
When I interviewed at Ewals ten years ago, I didn't even think it would be a long-term job. From a single-car trucking planner, I gradually worked my way up to a team leader position, where I work with several carriers and I am responsible for a team of transport planners. In addition, as a trucking planner, I take care of a portfolio of carriers, communicate with drivers and customers and look for the most efficient solutions for transporting different materials for different customers. Over time, I have met many true professionals in the company who have pushed me forward both professionally and in my personal life. I know I can come to my supervisor with any problem and I offer the same support to my team. In any case, Ewals is a company where you won’t feel bored and a reliable employer with a lot to offer.
Nikola - Transport Planner / Team Leader
 
I've been working at Ewals since 2018, when I began as a starting transport administrator. Already at the interview, I learned that career growth is possible at Ewals if you want it and if you are good at it, and I was intrigued by that. As an administrator, I learned how to create orders and reports for customers in the IT system and, after 7 months, I got the opportunity to try the work of a junior transport planner. I started by arranging smaller shipments and gradually took over several customers. After a year at junior level, I was promoted to senior level and, after two more years, I gained the status of team leader. A pleasant and friendly atmosphere is very important to me in our team, and of course also mutual cooperation. Equally important for me is stability and trust, and working at Ewals fulfils this 110%.
Zdeněk - Forklift Driver

I began working for Ewals in 1999 as a forklift driver. Gradually, I got the opportunity to operate at several different sites. I am currently a member of the production and logistics team in Bezděčín, where, in addition to my work as a forklift driver, I am also involved in managing the pre-production of parts for our customers. My working day consists of organising production plans, picking up parts for production, stacking complete parts and, of course, the classic loading/unloading of materials. What I appreciate most about my job is the security, friendly environment and diversity. I really like working at Ewals.
Michal - Invoice Clerk
 
I became acquainted with Ewals when I was still a high school student. Every summer, I spent a few vacation weeks as a temp invoice clerk, helping with basic activities during the summer holidays. After graduation, I started my first job, but it just wasn’t right for me. I remembered my part-time job at Ewals and, in 2015, I succeeded in the selection process for the position of invoice clerk. It went well and I am currently working in a senior position. My main focus is invoicing for key customers, from communicating with our branches and operations to sending invoices to customers. As a father of a young son, working for a stable and fair company is very important to me. And that's exactly what Ewals is.
Jaroslav - Management
 
In 2003, while studying at university, I worked in a language school in Česká Lípa, teaching managers of local companies. That same year, I got an offer from one of my English "students" to work for Ewals Cargo Care and started working as a transport planner. I specialised in the transport of electronics and high value goods. In 2005, I accepted the challenge to work in a new position of Insurance, Safety and Claims Manager and later as a proxy in the Mega Trucking Bohemia subsidiary, where I was responsible for the complete operation of the company. In 2017, I fully returned to Ewals as Purchasing Director, where I am a member of the management team to this day. I perceive Ewals as a company that offers the possibility of self-fulfilment to anyone who is not afraid to explore new possibilities, learn new skills and push their existing boundaries. The reward is working in an international environment, with colleagues from almost all European countries and on projects for some of the largest global companies.
